    Kayali Jewelry is committed to the complete satisfaction of every purchaser of our pieces.Our main goal is to make sure you are a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make sure this happens.
     
    SHIPPING  
      Most of our pieces on the website are available for direct order. If you wish to customize a piece, it may take up to 3 weeks depending on availability of stones and material.     
      Shipment time will vary depending on your location.
      - Inside of Jordan delivery (3-5 working days)
      Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need a piece by a specific date please contact shop@kayalijewelry.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
      Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we do truly appreciate your support of our company.
      Everything posted on our social media sites is for sale. If you do not see a piece on the site that you see on our Instagram (@kayalijewelry) or Facebook feed please contact shop@kayalijewelry.com for pricing and purchasing.

        Diamond jewelry is treasured for life, and when you buy a piece from Kayali Jewelry, we want you to enjoy it for life. Anytime you purchase a piece of diamond jewelry from Kayali Jewelry, rest assured that we offer FREE LIFETIME cleaning and inspection for all your Kayali diamond jewelry.
        REPAIR & WARRANTY 
           
          Any piece purchased from our website comes with the full Kayali Jewelry Warranty. The warranty comes in the form of a card and has the name of the person in which the jewelry piece belongs, along with the price and full details of the piece.
          *A gift option is also available (no mention of the price).
          If your piece needs any repair or maintenance a minimal additional charge might be required, to be determined according to condition it's in. 
           
          EXCHANGE & RETURN 
            If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your diamond purchase, simply visit us within 30 days of your purchase date with your warranty card and we will replace or exchange your diamond jewelry with any other diamond jewelry- no questions asked and without any loss on your diamond purchase (This is
            valid for one time only).
            After 30 days of your purchase date and up to 12 months, if you wish to exchange your piece there will be a 15% loss of value, and if you wish to return the piece, there will be a 25% loss of value.
            The warranty card acts as a receipt, and should be provided upon exchange of return of the piece. 
            SIZING 
              All ring sizes are made standard, and most of our rings can have their size adjusted. Each necklace can be made with any additional length extension with a minimal additional fee.
              JEWELRY CARE 

                Each piece is handmade with lots of love and time. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones, each piece should be handled with care. Jewelry should be the last thing you wear and the first you take off. We highly suggest taking off your jewelry before any rough handwork and before showering, ensuring and preserving the quality of each piece.
